PIN WHEEL SHEEL

 
 
 
 

INGREDIENTS::

For carrot spread::

1  tsp carrot grated
1 tsp ketch up
1 tsp cheese spread
1/4 tsp black paper
salt to taste

For cucumber spread::

1 tsp cucumber grated
1 tsp green chutney
1/2 tsp black paper
salt to taste

3 bread which is cut from side
2 tsp butter
1 tsp tomato ketch up
1 tsp green chutney

METHOD::

  •  Take one bowl & add carrot in it. 
  •  Add tomato ketch up in it.
  •  Add cheese spread.
  •  Add black paper.
  •  Add salt & mix  all ingredients.
  •  For cucumber mixer put cucumber in one bowl.
  •  Add green chutney. 
  •  Add black paper.
  •  Add salt.
  •  Mix all & cucumber spread is ready. 
  •  Take 2 slice of bread & put one over another at end .
  • Now roll it with help of roller pin so both slice will stick with one another( if need apply water).

  •  Third bread also stick at end like this only.
  •  Now apply butter on it.
  • Spread ketch-up on first bread.
  •  Spread green chutney on another bread.
  •  Apply carrot spread on first bread.
  •  Apply cucumber spread on second bread. 

  • On third bread u can apply any spread which u like most or u can do 11/2 bread carrot spread and 11/2 cucumber spread but make sure 3 different color shown(means carrot-cucumber-carrot or cucumber-carrot-cucumber) so roll will look interesting &  Now Roll the whole bread. 
  •  Press it so it will be firm.
  •  No take one masculine wet cloth and roll whole bread roll in it.
  •  Put it in refrigerator for 1 or 1/2 hour to set it.
  •  When it will be set it will cut easily.
 
  •  Cut all bread into slice. isn't it interesting?  
 
  • Pin wheel shell is ready to serve with green chutney or ketch up or itself is also very tasty.

In Palak grevy sabji how to remove its bitterness?I don't want to blanch or boil palak as doing so will remove its green color instead I want to crush it after washing it;I want to make grevy of palak and want to add boiled vegetables like baby corn;sweet corn;carrot;potato;cauliflower etc...and I also don't want to add cheese and paneer in this subji...so kindly give me its solution :)Thanks
