CRANBERRY PIE


INGREDIENTS::

For stuffing::

1 chopped apple
2 tsp cranberries
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
3-4 drops vanilla essence
7-8 piece walnut
1 cup unsweetened wheat biscuit

For pie base::

250 grms maida/all purpose flour
25 grms icing sugar
125 grms butter
cold water as per need

To garnish::
cherry

METHOD::
  • Take one bowl & add apple in it.
  •  Add cranberry in it.
  • Add brown sugar . 
  •  Add vanilla essence. 
  • Add cinnamon powder.














  • Add walnut.













  • Add wheat biscuit crumbs.

  • Mix it properly & stuffing is ready.
  • For base in bowl add maida.
  • Add icing sugar.
  • Add butter & mix it properly.
  • Now add cold water to make dough.be careful about dough is hard enough.













  • Take one big roll from dough .
  • Roll out dough into medium thick in between plastic.otherwise it will stick to ur roller pin.
  • Now remove plastic.
  • Put it in pie tin.
  • Make it best fit to pie tin.remove extra dough from corners.
  • Fill stuffing in it.
  • Again make a thick roti from extra dough to cover pie.
  • To cover pie we use shape decoration take any shape u have u can take any round too.
  • Here we cut all possible leafy shape in roti.
  • Remove extra part and make one line in between leaf for leafy effect. 
  • Cover corners with all leaf.
  • Make one flower using leaf in middle.
  • Microwave it on 200 degree for 35-45 minutes make sure leaf is golden brown.


  • Cranberry pie is ready to serve. serve hot in rainy season....u love it.
