its not substitute but can go if u really need urgently & out of brown sugar.....
brown sugar is having moisture of molasses & brown color of molasses....
- honey + white sugar
- mix it or blend it lightly.
- again this is not substitute but we can use when its really urgent.
- by this we give moisture & honey taste & color to sugar.

- Take one pan & add sugar in it.
- Now caramalize sugar slightly
- Ur brown sugar is ready.
