INGREDIENTS::
For marination::
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp ginger-chili paste
1-2 tsp kashmiri chili paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp black salt powder
1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
1/2 tsp black paper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp roasted besan(gram) flour
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
For stuffing::
2 tsp grated khoya (mava)
1/2 cup grated paneer
1 tsp grated cheese
1 tsp boiled & grated potato
1 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp chat masala
1 tsp chopped green chilli
1 tsp cashew nut powder
5 tsp fresh bread crumbs
salt to taste
Other::
2 Scooped boiled & fried potato
oil to fry
For serving::
Green chutney
chopped onion
METHOD::
- Take one mixing bowl & add curd & ginger-chili paste.
- Kashmiri red chili paste.
- Add kashmiri red chili paste.
- Add garam masala.
- Add chat masala.
- Add black paper.
- Add black salt.
- Add kitchen king masala.
- Add turmeric.
- Add salt.
- Add roasted besan flour.
- Now mix all ingredients very well.
- For stuffing Take one mixing bowl & add khoya.
- Add paneer.
- Add cheese.
- Add potato
- Add coriander.
- Add green chili.
- Add cashew nut powder.
- Add fresh bread crumbs & salt.
- Mix well.
- Now scoop potato.
- Boil & fry it.
- Apply marination mixtire in inner layer.
- Fill stuffing at maximum.
- Now marinate it for1/2 hour.
- Heat oil in one nonstick pan.
- Shallow fry potato.
- Now fry on other side.
- Fry dark brown..and now take it in plate.
- Cut it in small pieces.
- Serve with green chutney.
