MIX VEGETABLES CREPES






INGREDIENTS::

For batter::
1/2 cup  plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup wheat flour
salt to taste
1 cup milk
water as per need

For stuffing::
3-4 tsp oil
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp green chili chopped
2 tsp onion chopped
2 egg plant  grated
100 grms finely grated cauliflower
1 finely grated potato
100 grms  finely chopped lauki(bottle gourd/dudhi)
2 tsp parboiled green peas
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
salt to taste

Other::
2 tsp tomato sauce
3 tsp grated cheese
butter to roast 

METHOD::

  •  To make batter add flour in one bowl.
  •  Add wheat flour in it.
  •  Add milk in it & mix it.
  •  Now add water  as per need to make a medium thick batter for pudla/crepes.
  •  To make stuffing heat oil in pan.
  •  Add garlic in it.
  •  Add ginger & green chili in it & saute.
  •  Add onion & saute  then add egg plant.
  •  Add culiflower.
  •  Add mashed potato.

  •  Add bottle gourd. 

  •  Add green peas.& mix it and cook.
  •  Add salt.
  •  Add turmeric.
  •  Add red chili powder.
  •  Add garam masala & pav bhaji masala.
  •  Add salt & cook it.
  • When all vegetables will be cooked then put this mixture in bowl.
  •  Now to make crepes add butter on non stick pan.
  • Pour batter on non stick & spread batter.
  











  • Spread tomato sauce on it.












  • Put vegetables mixture in middle. 













  •  Add cheese on it.













  • Fold it from one side.















  • Fold it from other side too. 












  • Put it in foil so it will be stay warm. & serve with tomato chutney.
