INGREDIENTS::
For stuffing::
1 tsp khoya
11/2 tsp paneer
1 tsp fried onion
1 tsp cashew nut chopped & raisins
For outer layer::
2 potato boiled & mashed
11/2 tsp paneer
salt to taste
pinch of red chili powder
pinch of kitchen king masala
pinch of soda bi carb
1 tsp oil
2 tsp plain flour (maida)
oil to fry
For gravy::
3 tsp oil
1 onion chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp chopped green chili
1/2 cup tomato puree ( blanched & crushed)
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander-cumin powder
1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
2 tsp cashew nut gravy
3 tsp khoya(mava)
1 tsp cheese
11/2 tsp paneer
2 tsp creme
1/2 cup water
To garnish::
cheese

METHOD::
- Add khoya & paneer in one plate.
- Add fried onion in it.
- Add dry fruits in it & mix all ingredients .
- Make ball out of mixture.
- For outer layer mix paneer,potato & salt in bowl.
- Add red chili process,soda,maida,oil,kithen king masala and mix it.
- Now sprinkle plain flour on plate.
- Make flat big roll from outer mixer.
- Put stuffing in middle of that.
- Now close it well.
- Now roll each balls in maida in plate .
- Deep fry it till golden in color.
- For gravy heat oil in pan. & add onion and saute.
- Add ginger & garlic paste.
- Add kasuri methi. & saute it.
- Add green chili.
- Now saute it till onion become transparent.
- Add tomato puree.
- Now mix everything & add turmeric & salt.
- Add coriander - cumin powder.
- Add red chili powder.
- Add kitchen king masala.
- Add cashew nut powder.
- Add khoya(mava).
- Mix it & add water.
- Add cheese.
- Add paneer & creme.
- Now let it boil for 5-7 minutes.
- Add kofta in gravy.
- Let it boil so kofta will be hot.
- Now garnish rich & yummy sabji with cheese & paneer & serve with paratha.
