CORN PANEER SAMOSA



INGREDIENTS::
For stuffing::
2 tsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp ginger-chili paste
1tsp finely chopped green chili
1 cup boiled & half crushed corn
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 cup paneer
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp coriander

For roti::
1 cup maida
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
water as per need

Other::
 Maida slurry ( 2 tsp maida dissolve in 1 tsp water)
Oil to deep fry

To serve::
Green chutney

METHOD::
  • Heat oil in pan.

  • Add onion.


  • cook till it become transparent.

  • Add ginger-green chili paste & green chili.

  • Add half crushed corn.
  • Add salt.

  • Add sugar.

  • Add garam masala.

  • Add  red chili powder.

  • Add paneer.

  • Cook mixture till all spices mix in veg & paneer.

  • Add  lemon juice.

  • Add coriander & mix everything very well.

  • Now mixture is ready.


  • Make a dough from maida,oil,salt and water ..(make medium hard dough)
  • Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each chapati on both sides for a few seconds.  

  • Now cut roti from 

  • make a cone of the half chapati.

  • add the filling into it and close it with the help of  maida slurry (maida & water mixture)

  • Close it using slurry.

  • Repeat same process for each chapati.

  • Deep fry it in oil till golden brown.
  • Serve with tomato chutney.

  • Corn paneer samosa is ready to serve with chutney. serve hot.
