INGREDIENTS::
For stuffing::
2 tsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp ginger-chili paste
1tsp finely chopped green chili
1 cup boiled & half crushed corn
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 cup paneer
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp coriander
For roti::
1 cup maida
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
water as per need
Other::
Maida slurry ( 2 tsp maida dissolve in 1 tsp water)
Oil to deep fry
To serve::
Green chutney
METHOD::
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add onion.
- cook till it become transparent.
- Add ginger-green chili paste & green chili.
- Add half crushed corn.
- Add salt.
- Add sugar.
- Add garam masala.
- Add red chili powder.
- Add paneer.
- Cook mixture till all spices mix in veg & paneer.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add coriander & mix everything very well.
- Now mixture is ready.
- Make a dough from maida,oil,salt and water ..(make medium hard dough)
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each chapati on both sides for a few seconds.
- Now cut roti from
- make a cone of the half chapati.
- add the filling into it and close it with the help of maida slurry (maida & water mixture)
- Close it using slurry.
- Repeat same process for each chapati.
- Deep fry it in oil till golden brown.
- Serve with tomato chutney.
- Corn paneer samosa is ready to serve with chutney. serve hot.
