HYDERABADI CHAT




INGREDIENTS::


For curd mixture::
1 cup curd
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste


For chat mixer::


1/2 cup boiled moong,black eyed peas(chodi)
1/2 cup chick pea(kabuli chana),toover
1/2 tsp jaljira powder
11/2 tsp coriander-mint chutney
11/2 tsp date-imli(tamarind) chutney
1 tsp thin sev
2-4 farsi puri


To assemble::
4-5 fried bread pieces


To garnish::
fried bread pieces
coriander


METHOD::
  • Put curd in mixing bowl,add salt & sugar in it.
  • blend it well using blender.
  • Add  moong,chodi .(blacked eye peas)
  • Add kabuli chana(chick pea) & toover.
  • Add curd & jaljira powder in it & mix it well.
  • Now put this mixter in serving bowl.
  • Make coriander-mint chutney.
  • Pour 1 tsp coriander mint chutney( as u like it spicy)
  • Add date-imli(tamarind) chutney.
  • Sprinkle sev on it.
  • Garnish with fried bread & farsi puri.
  • Chat is ready to serve.
