INGREDIENTS::
To boil potato::
2 long potato
salt to taste
water as per need
For sauce::
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp peri peri powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp mix herbs
salt to taste
1 tsp corn flour
Other::
black paper powder
To serve::
Mayonnaise
Peri peri sauce
Tomato ketch up
METHOD::
- Cut potato from the middle.
- Make uneven medium thick chips with knife.
- Now put all potato slices in water to parboil.
- Drain it when potato slices will be parboil.
- To make sauce heat oil in one pan.
- Add peri peri powder.
- Add oregano.
- Add mixed herbs.
- Add chili flakes & mix all spices.
- Now add parboiled potato in it.
- Now mix all spices and potato so each spices coat on potato.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Potatoes are ready to go in microwave.
- Put foil on baking tray.
- Arrange each potato slices on it so potato skin will stay at down side.
- Now sprinkle black paper on it.& microwave it on 180 degree for 15-20 minutes. depending on potato & how much u cooked in earlier process.
- Now potato is ready to serve.
- Serve with peri peri sauce,tomato ketch up and mayonnaise.
- Serve hot.
