SPAGHEETI WITH LEMON & KAPERS


 
 
 

INGREDIENTS::


For spaghetti::


1/2 tsp olive oil
4 cloves chopped garlic
100 grms boiled spaghetti
30 grms parsley
3 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp oregano


For vegetable ::


1/2 tsp olive oil
3-4 olive oil
50-70 grms green ,yellow, red capsicum long chopped
50 grms long chopped zucchini
1/2 long chopped tomato
50 grms tin capers
1/2 tsp oregano
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black paper


For garnish::


Parmesan cheese


METHOD::



  •  First collect all ingredients.

  •  Heat oil in pan.


  •  Add garlic.


  •  Cook it till it will be brown.


  •  Add spaghetti.


  •  Add parsley.


  •  Add lemon juice & oregano.


  •  Cook & mix it & spaghetti is ready.


  •  For vegetable heat oil in pan.


  •  Add baby corn.


  •  Add green, yellow, red capsicum.


  •  Add zucchini, tomato & capers and saute .

  •  Add oregano , salt.

  •  Add  black paper.














  • Now saute vegetables don't overcook.and vegetables are ready.


  •    For serving arrange spaghetti in one plate.


  •  Arrange vegetables on it & sprinkle cheese on top. serve with tomato slice.





  • Serve hot.
