INGREDIENTS::
For filling::
2 tsp grated paneer
1 tsp cashew nut powder
1 tsp dry coconut powder
4-5 drops orange emulsion
1 tsp orange powder
For outer layer::
1/2 liter milk to make paneer
2 tsp icing sugar
2-4 drops orange emulsion
2-4 drops orange crush
Garnish::
silver foil to coat ball
METHOD::
- Collect all ingredients as listed above ..that makes your work easier.
- Take grated paneer in one bowl.
- Add cashew nut powder in it.
- Add coconut powder.
- Add orange powder.
- Add orange emulsion & mix it properly.. kneed it .
- Make balls from that mixture.
- For outer layer ,first make paneer from milk. & take it in one plate.
- Add icing sugar in it & kneed it well.
- Now add orange emulsion & orange crush. then kneed it very well.
- Now make balls from it.
- Take outer layer ball and make it flat.
- Put stuffing ball in middle.
- Close it and make proper ball.
- Now repeat same process for each balls.
- Now coat with silver foil on top & press with one finger in middle.
- In middle now add orange emulsion.
- Now orange paneer balls are ready.
- Serve it.
