INGREDIENTS::
50 grms dark chocolate
50 grms white chocolate
For filling::
1 scoop red velvet cake ice-creme
6-7 scoop orange souffle
1 tsp roasted cashew nut,almonds,pistachio(pista)
For dark dom filling::
20-30 grms chocolate ganache
1 tsp strawberry sauce
For Garnish::
creme & strawberry essence

METHOD::
- Take white chocolate in one bowl.
- Now melt it in microwave for 20 seconds & if needed then again microwave it.( dont overcook)
- Melted white chocolat is ready.
- Now coat(thick layer) white chocolate in mould through brush.& then cover it with another closing mould.( this kind of mould availavle in market )
- Now coat(thick layer) dark chocolate in mould through brush.
- Close it with another mould & refrigerate both mould to 1 hours.
- After settle in refrigerate both chocolate cups are ready.
- Now in white chocolate put red velvet cake ice-creme .
- Put orange souffle on it. garnish with scooper.
- Then decorate with dry fruits and wafer biscuit.
- Now in dark chocolate cup put chocolate ganache.
- Decorate white chocolate cup with strawberry sauce & dark chocolate.
- Decorate dark chocolate with strawberry sauce.
- Fill stawberry essence whipped creme in star nozzled cone and garnish with it.
- Dessert dom is ready to serve.
