To fry paneer::
150 grms paneer
oil to fry
To make batter::
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp plain four(maida)
1/2 tsp aji no moto
salt to taste
water as per need
To make vege::
2 tsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic,ginger,chili
1 onion finely chopped
1 cup diced capsicum & cabbage
1/2 tsp aji no moto
salt to taste
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp red chili sauce
2 tsp tomato ketch up
water as per need
2 tsp corn flour slurry
METHOD::
- Take paneer & batter(mixing of cornflour maida,aji no moto,salt & water)
- Take paneer balls & batter.(mix corn flour,maida,salt,aji no moto & water and make batter)
- Now put all paneer balls in batter and coat each panner balls with batter.
- Now fry all paneer balls in oil.
- Fry only llight pink & low-medium flame otherwise it may be chance panner will be stiff.
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add garlic,ginger,chili.
- Add onion.
- Add capsicum.
- Add salt.
- Add aji no moto.
- Add soya sauce.
- Add red chili sauce.
- Add tomato ketch up & saute.(stay vegetables lil crunchy)
- Add water.
- Now dilute corn flour in water.
- Now add diluted mixture in veg .
- Add paneer in mixture.
- Let it boil for 5-10 minutes.
- Paneer & veg in hot garlic sauce is ready to serve.
- Serve hot.
