TRUFFLE BALLS









INGREDIENTS::


For truffle::


100 grms dark chocolate
50 grms  single creme
1 tsp vanilla essence


Other::


Icing sugar
Melted dark chocolate


For Garnish::


White chocolate


METHOD::




  •  Take one microwave safe bowl & add dark chocolate in it.




  •  Add  single creme in it.




  •  Now Microwave it for 1 minute. and ur mixture should be in this consistency.but we want thick form.




  • So again microwave it for 1 minute. 




  •  When it will be in thick batter form mixture is ready.




  •  Rest it for 24 hours at room temperature( for immediate result set it in refrigerator) and then mixture will be thick like this.




  •  Take icing sugar in one plate.




  •  Make a ball from chocolate mixture.




  • Roll chocolate balls in icing sugar.








  •  Roll each chocolate ball in icing sugar.




  •  Now take half bowl melted chocolate ( melt in double boiler)  .




  •  Again roll each chocolate ball in melted chocolate & put on butter paper on any vessle from where extra chocolate can be removed.












  •  Repeat above procedure for every balls.




  •  Now melt white chocolate & fill white chocolate in one cone & put  nozzle infront of cone and design on chocolate balls.




  •  Garnish each chocolate ball with white chocolate.


 


  • Refrigerate chocolate balls for 1/2 -1 hour till it will be set well and then  serve yummy chocolate.
