MASALA SALAD KHAKHRA





INGREDIENTS::

For masala::

1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp black salt
salt to taste

For salad::

3/4  cup finely chopped cabbage
3 finely chopped onion
2 tsp finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp finely chopped carrot
1 finely chopped cucumber
1 finely chopped tomato
1 tsp finely chopped coriander

For garlic butter::

1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic

Other::

sev

METHOD::

  •  Take one bowl & add red chili powder in it.


  •  Add roasted cumin powder.


  •  Add black salt & salt & mix it.


  •  Now for salad 7take one mixing bowl and add cabbage in it.


  •  Add onion , capsicum , carrot in it.


  •  Add cucumber.


  •  Add tomato.


  •  Add coriander & mix well.


  •  Take one khakhra in one plate and spread garlic butter( mix garlic & butter ) on it.


  •  Now apply salad on it  & again sprinkle masala on it.


  •  Garnish with sev.


  •  Cut it in four pieces.


  •  Serve healthy.

  • Easy & instant breakfast is ready to serve.
