HOT OATMEAL PORRIDGE(healthy breakfast)



INGREDIENTS::

3 tsp quick roll oats
11/2 tsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup milk
11/2 tsp raisins,apricoat,almonds
2 piece dates(chopped)
1/2 piece banana
1/ piece apple

METHOD::


  •  Take one pan and add oats in it.


  •  Add brown sugar.(u can also  take normal sugar powder but brown sugar is healthy version)


  •  Add cinnamon powder.

  •  Now add milk in it.


  •  Boil mixture on medium flame.



  •  Now add mix dry fruit in it.


  •  Now add dates in it.


  •  Stir contiuosly  all mixture.


  •  Mixture is ready when this will be in thick consistency.


  •  Now add banana and apple when mixture will be warm(pulpy any kinda sweet fruit will go with this).mix it.


  • Now this is ready to serve .u can serve as warm or chilled too.as per season and ur likes.
  • U can consider this as healthy or english version of RAB.
  • THIS IS BREAKFAST IN 5 STAR HOTELS.
