TANDOORI POTATO BITES











INGREDIENTS::


For topping::


3 tsp curd
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp ginger  paste
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp chopped tomato
1 tsp coriander
salt to taste


1 salted parboiled potato slice
oil to fry
2-3tsp pudina chutney
1 tsp chat masala


coriander to garnish
mix salad to serve with


METHOD::




  •  Take one bowl & put curd in it.




  •  Add red chilli powder.




  •  Add ginger paste.


  •  Add chopped garlic.




  •  Add salt,tandoori masala,kasoori methi & lemon juice & mix all ingredients well.




  •  Add onion.




  •  Add capsicum.




  •  Add tomato.


  • Add coriander.




  •  Mix all ingredients very well and topping is ready.




  •  Now slice potato and par boil it in salted water.(dnt make very thin slice)




  •  Now take one non stick and put oil in it.




  •  Put all potato slice on it & fry it.




  •  When it will be golden brown turn and fry golden brown other side.




  •  When done put it in plate.




  •  Now putall fried slice on plate and spread pudina chutney on it.




  •  Spread topping mixture on it.




  •  Garnish with coriander.




  • Serve delicious potato.
