ZESPRI KIWI & CORN RICE.













INGREDIENTS::


For cheese paneer balls::


50 grms grated paneer
2 tsp processed cheese
1 tsp corn flour
salt to taste
oil to fry
corn flour to coat balls
silver varakh (silver foil)


For rice::


2 tsp butter
2 tsp fresh red chilli (chopped)
1 cup boiled corn
1 tsp peprica
3 cup boiled rice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
3-4 drops capsico drops
2 chopped zespri kiwi fruit


For garnish::


Zespri kiwi fruit
peprica
cherry


METHOD::




  •  Take one bowl & add paneer,cheese,corn flour & salt.


  •  Now mix all ingredients very well.


  •  Now coat corn flour on each balls.


  •  Deep fry each balls.


  •  Fry each balls till it become golden brown.




  •  Now coat silver foil on each ball.


  •  Now ball is ready.


  • For rice take one pan and put butter in it.


  •  Now add red chilli in it.


  •  Now add corn in butter.


  •  Add peprica.




  •  Add rice in it.

  • Add sugar.



  •  Add salt in rice.


  •  Add  capsico sauce and mix all ingredients.
  •  Now add zespri kiwi fruit.


  •  Arrange balls in rice.


  •  Garnish with kiwi,cherry & peprica.


  • Serve yummy hot rice.
