MULTIGRAIN DIET PIZZA(WITH LOW FAT CHEESE)











INGREDIENTS::


for topping::


1 tsp butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped  green chilli
1 cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
salt to taste
1 tsp black paper
1 tsp boiled & crushed corn
1-2 tsp pizza sauce


for low fat cheese::


2 tsp paneer
2 tsp milk
1/2 tsp mustard sauce


for multigrain base::


100 grms multigrain flour
salt to taste
1 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil


METHOD::




  •  Take one pan and add butter in it.




  •  Add garlic in butter.




  •  Add green-chilli when garlic is cooked.




  •  Now add spinach in pan.


  •  Now add salt & black papaer in this mixture.




  •  Now add corn in this mixture.cook well and mixture is ready.




  •  For low fat cheese take one mixture jar and add milk in it.




  •  Add mustard sauce in it.




  •  Grind it well.if needed add milk in this mixture to make smooth paste.




  •  Texture of low fat cheese should be like shown in picture.




  •  For dough take one bowl add multigrain flour in it and make a dig in middle of flour ,add yeast ,sugar and warm water in it and rest for 10 minutes then make a dough with water and then make thick base and cookin preheated oven on 180 degree for 10 minutes.ur base should look like this.








  •  Then spread spinach mixture on base.




  •  Then spread low fat cheese on it.




  • Bake it in preheated oven on 180 degrees for 5 minutes.














  • Multigrain diet pizza is ready.
