BREAD VADA





INGREDIENTS::

For batter::

1 cup fresh bread crumbs
3 tsp boiled crushed green peas
3 tsp grated carrot
2 tsp coriander
3-4 chopped green chilli
1 tsp grated ginger
5 tsp curd
salt to taste


For fry::


1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
3-4 chopped kadi patta
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)


oil to fry
salad to serve with


METHOD::

















  • Take a bowl put bread crumbs & crushed peas in it.


  •  Add grated carrot.


  •  Add chopped coriander.


  •  Add salt.


  •  Add green chili.


  •  Add ginger.


  •  Take one small frying pan put oil in it.


  • Put mustard seeds in it. when it crackles ass curry leaves & asafoetida in it.


  •   Now put that frying mixture in batter mixture.


  •  Add curd & mix  all ingredient and make batter.


  •  Make a vada like mendu vada's vada.

  •  Shape should be like this  (u can make any shapes)


  •  Fry vada in till it become brown.


  •  Fry all vada.


  • U can serve with coconut chutney or it is yummy as it is.served with salad.
