FRIED ICE CREAM WITH KIWI PUREE





INGREDIENTS::

For batter::

100 grms venilla custard
50 ml milk

For kiwi puree::

2-3 cup water
1  badiya
1 medium piece cinemman
1 tsp sugar
3-4 pieces kiwi

Other::

2 scoop venilla ice cream
1 cup sponge cake crumbs
oil to fry

For Garnish::

kiwi puree

METHOD::


  •  Take one bowl add  milk in it & add venilla custard.


  •  Mix both ingredients very well ,make sure no lumps are in mixture.



  •  Now take one chilled scoop of venilla ice-cream & dip in custard mixture.


  •  Now coat ice-cream with sponge cake crumbs.


  •  Repeat same process with other scoop.(u can store this to fridge as pre preparation so when u want to serve at that time only u fry them & serve)
  • Now deep fry that scoop and take out of it .


  •  Now for  kiwi crush ,take one pan & add water in it .


  •  Now add sugar,cinneman,badiya in it.


  •  Add kiwi & boil it till every spicies blend with kiwi.(u  can take any fruit which u like)



  •  Now remove kiwi from water & crush it.


  • Now serve fried ice-ream & garnish with kiwi crush.
