YUMMY DISH OF ROTI (FOD NI CHI PODI)


















INGREDIENTS::

4 pieces roti
1 tsp mustard seeds(rai)
1 tsp oil
3-4 leaves of curry-patta(mitho limbdo)
11/2 tsp chopped onion
11/2 tsp chopped tomato
1 tsp chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1-2 tsp boiled green peas
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
water as nedded
salt to taste
coriander to garnish


METHOD::















  • Heat oil in one pan.















  • Add mustard seed in oil. 
















  • Add curry leves in it. 















  • Add onion in it.
















  • Add tomato in it.cook till it becomes soft.















  • Now add green peas in it. and add  salt haldi powder,chilli powder and sugar in it and cook.















  • Now put roti in pan and mix it.















  • If mixture is too dry then add water as per need and add lime juice and mix it.
  • Serve hot.yummy.
