DRYFRUIT LADOO




INGREDIENTS::


1/2 cup ghee
4 tsp rajigara flour
4 tsp sago flour(if not available roast sago & crush it)
1 cup crushed roasted peanut 
1 cup crushed roasted cashew nut- almond 
1 cup powder sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom(elaichi)
10-12 dry raisins
raisins  for garnish


METHOD::



  •  Take one pan & put ghee in it & melt it.


  •  Add rajigara flour(amarnath flour) in it.

  •  Roast it on low flame till it become golden brown like in pic.

  •  Take off in one bowl.


  •  Now add crushed peanut.


  •  Add dryfruit crush.


  •  Add powder sugar & mix everything very well. and make small ladoo .


  • Garnish with raisin.















  • Serve yummy ladoo. u can even store long.
