JAMUN SQUASH & VERY-BERY MOCKTAIL



INGREDIENTS::


For  jamun /java plum squash::


250 grms jamun/java plum
125 grms sugar
water as per need


For very-bery mocktail::


1 tsp falsa crush
2-3 tsp jamun crush
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of black salt
salt to taste
cold water as per need
1-2 tsp ice crush
1-2  tsp peach chopped
peach to garnish


METHOD::


  •  Take one pan,add water and jamun ,sugar in it  and let it boil till jamun will be soft .
  •  Put it in one bowl & remove seeds from jamun.
  •  Crush jamun mixture & jamun squash is ready.
  •  Now for mocktail put jamun & falsa squash in one bowl.
  •  Now add salt,black salt,lemon juice in it.
  •  Now add cold water as per one serving.
  •  Take serving glass pour jamun squash on side of glass & put crushed ice in it.
  • Now add peach in it & pour cocktail in it.
  •  Now garnish cocktail with peach.
  • Serve  chilled & enjoy ur mocktail.
