SPROUTED ALOO SANDWICH











INGREDIENTS::


11/2 tsp oil
2 tsp onion chopped
1/4 cup boiled moong sprouts
1/4 cup boiled math sprouts
2 tsp ginger-chilli paste
1/2 tsp black salt powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
salt to taste
1 boiled potato chopped
2 tsp coriander
4-5 pudina


METHOD::



  • Take one pan & put oil in it.


  • Add onion in pan.


  • Add sprouts when onion become transparant.


  • Add ginger-chilli paste.


  • Add black-salt,chat masala & salt in it and mix all ingredients.


  • Now add potato in it.


  • Add coriander & pudina in  it and mix well all thing and our sandwich masala is ready.

  •  Now take brown bread for healthy option & apply green chutney on one side.


  •  Now put stuffing in it.


  •  And apply butter both side of sandwich (sandwich become more crispy)


  •  Grill it for 5-7 minutes in pre heated griller machine.


  •  Now ur sandwich is ready.

  • Serve hot with green chutney & ketch-up.
