FADA UPMA







INGREDIENTS::


2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds (rai)
1 tsp urad daal
7-8 curry patta
1 chopped onion
2 tsp boiled american corn
2 tsp boiled green peas(vatana)
2 tsp boiled carrot chopped
2 tsp ginger-chilli paste
salt to taste
11/2 cup boild fada
1 tsp  sugar
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp lemon juice


METHOD::



  •  Collect all ingredients.


  •  Take one pan and add oil and mustard seeds.


  •  Then add urad dal in it. and curry patta in it.


  •  Add onion in it.


    •  Add corn in it.


  • Add carrot in it.


  •  Add green peas in it.


  •  Add green chilli - ginger paste &  salt &saute.

  •  To make fada take one cooker and add fada and 3 times water in it and only one wheestle of cooker and ur boiled fada is ready.


  •  Add sugar in it and mix it.


  •  Mix all well.


  •  Add lemon juice in it.and mix it.


  •   Add coriander in it.


  • Tasty and yummy fada upma is ready.
