BARBEQUE COTTAGE CHEESE PIZZA













INGREDIENTS::


For dough::


100 grms maida
1/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
2 tsp garlic and green chilli paste(u can use chopped optional)
1 tsp ghee
hot water


Topping::


2 tsp curd
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic-chilli paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp corn flour
salt to taste
1/2 cup paneer,capsicum,onion(medium size)
2 tsp oil
2 tsp pizza sauce
1 tsp mozereela cheese
1 tsp processed cheese

METHOD::


  • Take onw bowl add curd in it.

  • Add red chilli powder in it.
  • Add ginger-garlic-chilli paste in it.





  • Add corn flour,salt,kasuri methi,garam masalain it.
  • Now take one pan and put some oil and then grill till all veg and paneer will semi-cooked.


  • when all veg cooked then put one onion  in pan & put coal in it then add butter on it and close pan for smoky effect in veg and panner.


  • Now topping is ready put it in one bowl.




  • for dough seive maida in one bowl make a dig in middle and add hot water ,yeast,sugar in it and then close bowl for 10 mins and then add garlic-chilli paste and ghee in it and make a soft dough using water and then rest for one hour and dough is ready.


  • make a base and take one pan and cook on low flame on one side.




  • When one side is cooked then spread pizza sauce on it


  • Then spread all veg and paneer on it.




  • Then spread cheese on it.and close pan till cheese melt and base is cooked.


  • Yummy panjabi  flavoured Pizza is ready.
