NOOODLES SOUP



INGREDIENTS::

1/4 cup noodles
1 piece badiya
1 piece ginger
1 tsp brown sugar
salt to taste
1/2 tsp paper
1/2 tsp lemon juice
 vegetable stock as per needed
1/2 tomato chopped
1 tsp boiled corn
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp boiled green peas,carrot

for vegetable stock::














  • First cut all veg carrot,onion,culiflower,cabbage,lauki(dudhi),green peas...whatever veg u find handy can be ue to make stock.so cut  1 cup vegetables.









  • Add all vegetables in a water filled pan.














  • Let it boil till all veg left its flavour and nutrition in water.




  • Now drain on strainer.and water is veg stock.
METHOD::















  • Take one pan and then  add some oil in it then put badiya,ginger  and then add chopped onion in it &saute.

















  • Add  noodles in it and then add water in it cook noodles.
