POCKET PIZZA













INGREDIENTS::


For stuffing::


3 tsp pizza sauce
1 tsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp finely chopped tomato
1 tsp finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp boiled corn
1tsp alepino
3  black olives chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp mixed herbs
1/3 cup grated cheese(cooking/processed)


For dough::


125 grms wheat flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
water as per need


METHOD::





  • Add onion in it.


  • Add tomato.


  • Add capsicum.


  • Add corn.


  • Add olives.


  • Add oregano,mixed herbs,salt.


  • Add cheese in it.


  • Mix all ingredients very well.


  • Make a dough.(for dough see pizza margarita)


  • Make a roti.


  • Cut with cutter(any cutter easily available)


  • Make all rotis and cut with cutter.


  • Add water to all corner so it will stick nicely togather.


  • Take 2 triangle roti .


  • Put stuffing in middle of one triangle.


  • Cover it with another triangle and stick togather.


  • Make design with fork on edges.


  • Now put it on baking tray.


  • Bake it on 180 degree for 20 minutes.

  • Serve hot .u can serve as starter /main meal too.
