PIZZA MARGARITA




















INGREDIENTS::

For Dough::

1 cup maida
1 tsp hot water
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast

For Pizza Sauce::

1 tsp oil
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp onion
3-4 tomato
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste

For Garnish::

3 tsp mozzerela cheese 
2 tsp processed cheese

METHOD::
















  • Take one bowl seive flour in it and then make small dig in middle put hot water sugar and yeast in middl and then close with one dish for 10  minutes.then add water  and make soft dough.and rest it for 1 hour.(dough must be soft so pizza base should be soft)
















  • Ur dough should be farmented like in picture.


  • Take one pan and add oil in it.

  • Add garlic in it.


  • Add onion in it.

  • Add tomato in it.


  • Now add all spices salt,chilli powder,oregano,sugar,ketchup,and cook it .


  • When mixture is ready texture should be like this.


  • Then churn it. and pizza sauce is ready.


  • Now make a thick base.(as thick u  like it--i prefer double of bhakhri)


  • Now make a hole through fork.


  • spread pizza sauce on it.


  • Spread both cheese on it.


  • Now cook in over on 180 degree for 10 minutes.

  •  Ur pizza margrita is ready.
