INGREDIENTS::
for topping::
3 tsp onion chopped
2 tsp green capsicum chopped
1 bowl tomato chopped
1 tsp ginger-chilli paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/4 tsp chat masala
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp oregano
1/2 bowl scrumbled paneer
mozzerella cheese
for dough::
1/2 bowl maida flour
1/2 bowl corn flour
salt to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp peprica
METHOD::
- Take one pan and add 2-3 tsp onion .
- Add 2 tsp green capsicum.
- Add 1 bowl tomato in it.
- Add chilli-ginger paste.
- Add salt & red chilli powder.
- Add jeera powder in it.
- Add garam masala in it.(u can also add punjabi garam masala too)
- Add chat masala & oregano in it.
- When everything is cooked then add paneer in mixture.
- When mixture cooks well then put it out in bowl.
- For tortilla add 1/2 bowl maida flour,1/2 bowl corn flour,add salt,oregano & peprica in it and make a dough. and make tortila and roast it on medium flame.
- roast fully on one side.
- Roasted side put mixture on it.
- Add coriander in it.
- Add cheese and close pan for 5-10 minutes and paneer bhurji tortia pizza is ready.
