INGREDIENTS::
For cookie batter::
100 grms salted butter
25 grms sugar
20 grms chocolate chips
10 grms chocolate sauce
10 grms cashew nut
50 grms maida
5 grms coffee powder
Other::
11/2 scoop venilla ice cream
1 tsp venilla crunch
Garnish::
icing sugar
venilla crunch
METHOD::
- Take one bowl & add butter & sugar and beat it.
- Now add chocolate chips in it & mix it.
- Add chocolate sauce , cashew nut ,maida & coffee powder in it.& beat it very well .
- Dont add soda bi carb or baking soda because we dont want cookie become fluffy ,we want it crunchy.
- dont worry about shape it will become round shape.
- Now take baking tray greece it or put butter paper on it & make round balls from batter & put on tray & bake it on 130 degree for 20 minuites.
- Now when cookie is ready then take one cookie and put chilled ice cream on it.
- Sprinkle venilla crunch on it
- Put another cookie & Sprinkle icing sugar.
- Garnish with venilla crunch.
- Before seving make sure ice cream is hard and enjoy yummy cookie icecream sandwich.
