MIRCHI PAKODA WITH CORN







INGREDIENTS::

For stuffing::

1 tsp oil
150 grms semi crushed corn
salt to taste
pinch of turmaric(haldi)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp crushed green chilli
2 tsp  soaked naylon poha
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp coriander
4 chopped green chilli (without seeds)

For batter::

1 cup bengal gram (chana flour)
2 tsp rice flour
salt to taste
pinch of turmeric
pinch of soda bi carbonate

To serve::

tomato ketchup

METHOD::




  •  Take one pan and add oil in it.




  •  Now add crushed corn in oil.and cook it.




  •  Add salt in corn .




  •  Add turmaric powder,sugar,green chilli.




  •  Add garam masala,lemon juice in it.




  •  Add poha in it





  • Add coriander in it.
  •  Now deseed all green chilli.



  •  And put stuffing in chilli.


  •  Now take one bowl and all rice flour and  bengal flour in it & mix it.


  •  Add salt in it.


  •  Add pinch of turmeric in batter.


  •  Add soda bi carb in batter and mix well.


  •  Now dip all green chilli in batter .


  •  And deep fry all coated chilli.


  •  Fry till it will come light brown and put it on tissue papaer .



  • Serve hot.
