MEXICAN CREPES




  

  



INGREDIENTS::


For batter::


1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 cup maida flour (all purpose flour)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli  powder
water as per need


For stuffing::


3 tsp oil
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chili paste
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup over night soaked &boiled & mashed red kidney beans (rajma) 


Other::


oil 
2 tsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp finely chopped capsicum


For serving::


Tomato ketchup


METHOD::



  •    Take one bowl & add corn flour in it.


  •  Add maida in it.


  •  Add turmeric in it.


  •  Add salt & red chili powder.


  •  Add water & make a medium thick batter.

  •  Heat oil in pan.


  •  Add garlic & green chili paste in it.


  •  Add ginger paste in it.


  •  Cook it.


  •    Add onion & saute.


  •  Add tomato.


  • Add salt & Cook it.

  •  Add red chili powder.


  •  Add turmeric.


  •  Add Garam masala in it.


  •  Add rajma & cook it & add coriander.


  •  Stuffing is ready.


  •  Heat one non stick & put butter on it.

  •  Make pan cake from it.



  •  Cook it till it become golden brown.


  •  Turn it & cook on other side. and dosame  procedure for other.


  •  When cooked then put it on plate.


  • Make one layer of cheese on one crepe.


  •  Apply stuffing on it.


  • Sprinkle green capsicum on it.


  •  Sprinkle onion on it.


  •  Apply cheese on it.


  •  Now cover it with another crepes.


  •  Cut it . 


  •  Serve hot.
