INGREDIENTS::
1 cup sago(sabudana)(washed and soaked 7-8 hours)
2 tsp boiled mashed potato
2 tsp half crushed roasted peanuts
1 tsp ginger -chilli paste
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp oil
water as per needed
butter
sweet curd
METHOD::
- First put sago in one bowl.
- Add mashed potato in it
- Add peanuts and ginger green chilli paste into that mixture.
- Put salt ,chilli powder,oil in it.
- Add water in it.
- mix all the ingredients and that mixture's texture should be like in picture.
- take pan and put some oil in it and spread sago mixture on it (make it thin as possioble and sprinkle some water on it so it will be easier to spread)
- When that thalipith's color become brownish red then turn the side.and cook otherside same on low -medium flame.
- Sago thalipith is ready to serve .enjoy with butter and sweet curd.
