INGREDIENTS::
For fritters mixture::
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp green chili chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander cumin powder
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp dry coriander seeds
1 cup gram flour
1 tsp oil
1 tsp water
salt to taste
oil to fry
For salad::
1 tsp oil
1 tsp long chopped ginger
2 tsp kashmiri red chili paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black salt
salt to taste
1/2 cup boiled american corn
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1 tsp roasted peanuts
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
2 tsp coriander
coriander for garnish
METHOD::
- Take one bowl & add finely chopped cabbage in it.
- Add coriander.
- Add red chili & green chili.
- Add coriander-cumin poweder,asafoetida,turmeric,dry coriander seeds in it.
- Add gram flour in it.
- Add water in it.make thick batter so u can make fritters(bhajia).
- Make a batter thick like shown in pic.
- Now deep fry each fritters tillit become golden brown.
- Heat oil in non stick.
- Add ginger & then kashmiri red chili paste & saute.
- Now add lemon juice,sugar.
- Add black salt & salt.
- Add american corn.
- Add cucumber.
- Add capsicum & peanut.
- Add tomato.
- cook all ingredients very well.(dont over cook ...make it crunchy)
- Add coriander in it.
- Now take one serving plate put fried vegetable salad in it & arrange fritters on it.& garnish with coriander and serve hot. enjoy monsoon mania in monsoon.
