ingredients::
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp wheat thick flour
11/2 tsp lemon juice1 tsp khari bhaji
1 tsp mango pieces
1 tsp banan pieces
1 tsp plum pieces
1 bowl curd (make sure not sour) with pinch of salt
method::
- add wheat flour,wheat thick flour and lemon juice &khari bhaji and make a dough.
- make a small roti of all & then put one roti on outside of canepes mould and then put another mould on it then cut extra part of roti.(its like roti between two mould)
- then put all mould in hot oil. and when it starts frying mould will be apart from roti and roti will be in shape of roti.
- mix all fruits in one bowl then put 1 tsp of fruit mixture in canepes.
- make one cone and add nozel infront, put curd inside then put curd mixture into canepes.
- garnish with dry fruit and one piece of fruit .
