PEARL PETTIES















INGREDIENTS::


1 tsp jeera
1 cup bottle gourd (dudhi)(lauki)
1 cup boiled & mashed potato
1 cup  boiled & mashed  purple yam(ratalu)
1 cup boild & mashed elephant foot yam(suran )
1 cup boiled & mashed raw banana
1/2 cup boiled &mashed sweet potato
salt to taste
2-3 tsp sugar
1/2 red chilli powder
1 piece ginger paste
11/2 tsp dry raisins
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp rajigara flour
1 tsp ara flour
1 chopped green chilli
 1 cup 4-5 hours soaked and then curd added sago
oil to shallow fry
To serve  :: sweet chutney,curd.


METHOD::




  •  Take one pan and put jeera in it.




  •  Add lauki in it.




  •  close pan to cook lauki.




  •  Add mashed potato.




  •  Add yam in pan.




  •  Add elephant foot yam in it.




  •  Add sweet potato in it.


  •  Cloce pan and cook all ingredients for 5 minutes so all mix well.


  •  Now add salt & sugar in it.




  •  Add red chilli powder.




  •  Add ginger paste & raisins.




  •  Add green chilli paste,lemon juice in mixture.




  •  Add rajigara flour & ara flour in it and mix well.




  •  Now make round petties from mixture.




  •  Take sago in one plate and put  sago on round corner of petties.




  •  Make every petties .




  •  Now take one pan and put oil in it and shallow fry petties.




  •  Turn petties when it will become pinkish brown.




  • Pearl petties is ready. serve with sweet chutney & curd.
