SOYA & MANGO SALAD






INGREDIENTS::


For soya chunks::


200 ml water
salt totaste
100 grms soya chunks


For dressing::


1 tsp red chilli & honey paste
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 tsp parboiled chopped carrot
1 tsp parboiled chopped beat
1 tsp parboiled chopped zucchini
1/2 chopped mango
60 grms lettuce


For garnish::


coriander


To serve::


crispy bread


METHOD::



  •  Take one vessel put water in it.


  •  Add salt in it.


  •  Add soya chunks & cook it.


  •  Drain it when  it will cooked.


  •  Now for dressing take one bowl and add chilli -honey paste & lemon  juice in it.


  •  Add salt,soya chunks in it & mix it.


  •  Add zucchini,carrot in it.


  •  Add beat in it.


  •  Add mango in it.


  • Add lettuce in it & mix very well.





























  • Serve with bread. healthy salad is ready.
