INGREDIENTS::
500 grms hung curd
1 tsp condensed milk
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/4 tsp mustard sauce
1/8 tsp paper
1 tsp corn
1 tsp cabbage
2 tsp carrot
1/2 tsp crushed green chilli
4 pieces bread slice
butter as per need
salt to taste
tomato ketchup to serve
METHOD::
- Take one bowl add hung curd in it.
- Add condesed milk in it.
- Add tomato ketchup in it.
- Add salt & mustard sauce in it.
- Add paper in mixture.
- Add corn.
- Add carrot.
- Add cabbage.
- Add crushed green chilli.
- Mix all ingredients very well.
- Now cut the border of bread(optional)
- Put mixture in it.
- close it with another bread slice.
- Grill it for 5 minutes
- Yummy and healthy sandwich is ready to eat. :)
