HUNG CURD GRILLED SANDWICH









INGREDIENTS::


500 grms hung curd
1 tsp condensed milk
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/4 tsp mustard sauce
1/8 tsp paper
1 tsp corn
1 tsp cabbage
2 tsp carrot
1/2 tsp crushed green chilli
4 pieces bread slice
butter as per need
salt to taste
tomato ketchup to serve


METHOD::



  • Take one bowl add hung curd in it.


  • Add condesed milk in it.


  • Add tomato ketchup in it.


  • Add salt & mustard sauce in it.


  • Add paper in mixture.


    • Add corn.


  • Add carrot.


  • Add cabbage.


  • Add  crushed green chilli.


  • Mix all ingredients very well.


  • Now cut the border of bread(optional)


  • Put mixture in it.


  • close it with another bread slice.


  • Grill it for 5 minutes













  • Yummy and healthy sandwich is ready to eat. :)
