INGREDIENTS::
3 tsp quick roll oats
11/2 tsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup milk
11/2 tsp raisins,apricoat,almonds
2 piece dates(chopped)
1/2 piece banana
1/ piece apple
METHOD::
- Take one pan and add oats in it.
- Add brown sugar.(u can also take normal sugar powder but brown sugar is healthy version)
- Add cinnamon powder.
- Now add milk in it.
- Boil mixture on medium flame.
- Now add mix dry fruit in it.
- Now add dates in it.
- Stir contiuosly all mixture.
- Mixture is ready when this will be in thick consistency.
- Now add banana and apple when mixture will be warm(pulpy any kinda sweet fruit will go with this).mix it.
- Now this is ready to serve .u can serve as warm or chilled too.as per season and ur likes.
- U can consider this as healthy or english version of RAB.
- THIS IS BREAKFAST IN 5 STAR HOTELS.
