CHOCO BANANA CREPES



 
 
 


INGREDIENTS::


For batter::


1/2 cup melted chocolate in milk
1/2 cup maida flour
1 tsp sugar powder
milk as per need
1/2 tsp baking powder


For stuffing::


1 tsp butter
1 chopped banana
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon-cardamom powder


Other::


2 tsp hazelnut sauce
2 tsp chopped cashew nut -almonds


METHOD::


  •  Heat butter in one pan.
  •  Add banana in it.
  •  Add cinnamon -cardamom powder in it.
  •  Add brown sugar & cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Stuffing is ready.
  •  Make chocolate melted milk .
  •  Add Maida in it.
  •  Add sugar powder.
  •  Add milk in it & make batter medium thick for pancake.
  •  Mix it.
  • If needed add more milk.
  •  Mix very well. 
  •  Batter is ready.
  •  Now add butter on non stick.
  •  Pour batter on it & make pan-cake.
  • Let it cook.
  •  Turn when one side will be cooked & cook it other side.
  •  Apply hazel nut sauce  & then dry fruits.
  •  Now put banana mixture.


  •  Fold it.
  •  Serve hot.
